Creation of the Committee of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery
Título I . Denomination.-
Chapter I. Constitution.-
1. The Bolivian Society of Surgery established the Committee on Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
2. This committee, lacking profit, has legal personality through the Bolivian Society of Surgery and the full legal capacity to manage and dispose of their property, for the fulfillment of its purposes.
3. The territorial scope provided for the development of their goals is all the territory of Bolivia.
4. The committee shall elect its board and renewed every two years, which shall consist of a chairman, a vice, secretary, a treasurer and three members.
Chapter II. Fines Committee
1. This committee aims, scientific progress in the diagnosis, clinical evaluation and surgical treatment of morbid obesity.
2. This committee will work with the companies in general surgery ( National and regional)scientific societies and other obesity-related.
3. You will also have, since its inception, to strengthen ties with the national societies of surgery related to obesity ……………..
